Objectives:
- Illuminate and explore interesting current and possible innovative practices on campus
- Reveal leaders and experts on campus (structural and relational)
- Engage small number of stakeholders (faculty and others) as current and future leaders
Strategies:
- Interviews with key faculty, staff, and graduate students as educators or administrators of programs supporting teaching and learning strategies
- Two group sessions to discuss findings of interviews
